3. DO I NEED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT
Yes, you need to put down a €150 refundable security deposit (terms and conditions apply, inquire for details).
4. WHAT ARE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy states that cancellations with less than 10 minutes notice forfeit the deposit. Earlier cancellations can apply the deposit to a future booking. And also we offer full refund when the cancellation is done on time

We use Versan viricidal disinfectant on all surfaces. The suite is also equipped with a Luxibel B hybrid UVC sanitation system.

The rental includes full private use of the suite and all toys and equipment. There is a kitchen and washroom in the suite. Most supplies like condoms, lube, gloves etc. are also included. Food and beverages are additional.

Yes, messy activities are allowed. The bed can be fitted with waterproof “sheets of San Francisco” for such activities.

Equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each rental with industrial grade virucide. High touch areas are also cleaned.
